About the Role
Join a well regarded EPCM organisation as a Senior Contracts Administrator for the execution phase of a major mineral sands project. This senior-level position requires advanced knowledge and expertise in contract administration and will oversee key responsibilities including:

• Contractor Management: Identify, solicit, and select reliable contractors for consultant, specialty, and construction services to support project execution.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and monitor contractor performance to meet project objectives.
• Payment and Documentation: Approve payments and provide necessary documentation for invoice processing.
• Independent Operation: Work autonomously with supervisor interaction and technical guidance. Duties assigned based on objectives and priorities, with work reviewed for policy conformity and soundness.
• Project Leadership: Plan, conduct, and supervise work, leading project teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Team Leadership: Lead functional teams, potentially manage direct reports, and provide guidance to department staff as a senior adviser.

Key Criteria:

• University Degree, or equivalent, in a related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in similar Senior Contracts Administrator positions preferably within an EPCM set-up.
• Prior experience working execution phase of major construction projects.
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong understanding of systems, processes, and tools related to the field.
• Good team player with the ability to work well within a team environment.
