Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering with RPEQ or eligibility to obtain
- Experience with multiple PLC programs, such as Rockwell, Scheider, etc
- Experience with SCADA systems, including design and implementation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Previous experience working on mining projects and understanding of Australian standards
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement control systems based on project requirements
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee smooth integration of control systems
- Conduct testing, diagnose issues, and debug systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to control systems when required
- If required, be willing to travel to sites as needed on an ad-hoc basis
