About the Role

Our client, a global EPCM business providing project delivery and consulting services to the resources and energy sectors, is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to support an ongoing multi-billion dollar construction project here in Western Australia on a 2:1 roster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementaton of the Construction Health and Safety Management plan
• Undertaking audits, inspections and risk assessments across the site
• Assist and contribute to incident investigations on site
• Involvement in prestart and weekly progress meetings
• Assist in embedding health and safety initiatives and programs

Key Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)
• Strong knowledge of relevant HS legislation and standards
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to influence behaviours and drive H&S strategy with contracting partners
• Previous experience within the construction/mining sector
