Role Opportunity
The HS Manager will lead safety, ensuring compliance, promoting a positive safety culture, and driving performance improvements. Key responsibilities include hazard management, incident reporting, contractor compliance, and safety training.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Recognised HS qualification with strong knowledge of HS legislation and standards.
- Experience as an HS Manager in FIFO roles within Construction or Mining sectors,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and lead teams, including contractors
- Extensive technical and leadership experience in HS
- Commitment to delivering high-quality services and achieving the project's HS vision and goals
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure a robust hazard identification system is in place
- Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and injury management within specified timelines.
- Coordinate HS forums and the Fatality Prevention Program (FPP)
- Ensure contractor assessments and audits are conducted as per the WHS Plan
- Address safety deficiencies identified in inspections, audits, and incidents to prevent recurrence
