Duration: 4-6 months, with possible extensions based on project needs
Salary: $100 - $125 per hour, tiered pay based on experience and responsibilities

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Minerals Processing
- RPEQ certification or eligibility for RPEQ within 3 months
- 10+ years in process engineering, with a focus on mining
- Proficiency in process design, including P&IDs and equipment sizing
- Strong leadership and client management abilities
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee technical scope delivery within project budget and timelines
- Develop and review detailed process design criteria, diagrams, and OPEX analyses
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering team growth
- Ensure project compliance with safety and environmental regulations
