Senior Project Engineer - SMP
Location: Brisbane, QLD
Roster: Office-based with intermittent travel

Key Essential Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Degree with RPEQ
Role Opportunity
Join us in delivering the second stage a greenfield initiative focused on mineral production. Reporting to the SMP Package Manager, you will oversee major $100M SMP packages, liaise with cross-functional teams, and ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and schedule expectations.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (RPEQ preferred)
• 10+ years of project management experience
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and planning skills
• Experience managing large SMP packages ($100M+)
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage design and pre-fabrication packages for SMP
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and sub-contractors
• Conduct site visits and oversee quality and schedule adherence
• Represent the company in project planning meetings
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies
