As the Senior Project Engineer (Electrical) you will manage multiple electrical supply packages for a major mining project.
- Ensure work undertaken complies with scope and meets operational requirements.
- Develop project schedules, budgets and forecasts.
- Supervise work and ensure it meets quality, cost and time constraints.
- Monitor progress and identify potential problems in respect of budgets, schedules, engineering standards.
- Monitor and identify risks and drive implementations of appropriate controls and mitigations.
- Develop and implement project controls and specifications, schedules and cost estimates.
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in project engineering.
- Proven experience in managing electrical equipment supply packages on major projects.
- Experience within Mining, and major project environments.
- Demonstrated understanding of electrical engineering.
- Experience with working on projects for Tier 1 mining clients is favourable.
