About the Role

Bring your recruitment account management and service-focus experience to the table to help create opportunities by connecting people. Source candidates, provide career advice and support client decision-making.


As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for a 360-recruitment process with your experience and the Titan brand behind you, you can be confident in your success. You will quickly build the revenue and share in the financial results. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager -WA and collaborating with fellow senior recruiters, you will maximise your results.


In your role as Senior Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:


  • Manage the full end to end recruitment process from business development, job and candidate management to successful placements.
  • Undertake creative and innovative search techniques to source high-calibre candidates.
  • Conduct candidate attraction campaigns, interviews and reference checks.
  • Effectively manage key client relationships.
  • Analyse and maximise market trends and opportunities.
  • Manage data integrity and compliance activities.



Key Criteria

  • Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Commitment to stakeholder service delivery
  • Willingness to learn and understand the technical discipline that you are accountable for
  • White collar / professional recruitment experience commensurate with role seniority
  • Confidence and ability to work autonomously within a mature and driven team.
