Role Opportunity:
Multiple Senior Structural Engineers required to join a well regarded multi discipline consultant, Packages will be mainly brownfield sustaining capital for key iron ore projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Formal Civil/Structural Engineering qualifications that are recognised by Engineers Australia
• 8 years + experience as a Structural Engineer with previous mining /heavy industrial experience
• Strong SpaceGass experience.
• Good working knowledge of relevant design codes and standards.
• Ability to produce reports and interface with stakeholders
• Strong understanding of safety in design
• Excellent team skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working across key Brownfield mining and resource projects
• Focus on the structural engineering design and analysis of steel and concrete structures for mining plant structures. Also will have some focus on non process infrastructure and miscellaneous structures
• Utilising SpaceGass. Strand 7 or other FEA experience beneficial
• Coordinating structural designers
• Preparing calculation reports and design reports
• Liaising closely with stakeholders
• Perth CBD based with ad hoc site visits
