Oversee licensed water monitoring, surface and groundwater management, and wastewater treatment to support site operations. This role is crucial in minimising environmental impact, optimising water use efficiency and ensuring compliance with regulatory and license conditions.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
Tertiary Degree in Environmental science, Hydrogeology, Geoscience, Agriculture or Conservation Science
Developing and/or reviewing procedures, management plans and ensuring effective implementation
High level of technical and practical skills related to environmental compliance activities
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the review of the dust, noise & water management plans and supporting processes
Assist with the review and implementation of the conservation significant terrestrial fauna
Management plan and supporting processes
Support sustainable water management in the mining, resources, and infrastructure sectors assessments
Coordinate and lead improvement projects for monitoring and terrestrial fauna management
Provide coaching, development and support for fostering a collaborative and learning-focused work environment for less experienced members
Conduct investigations into environmental incidents, assign actions and monitor close out
