The Role
As a professional SQS Coordinator you will be responsible for oversight of SQS Inspectors, coordination and direction of surveillance teams, some of your duties will include:
- Effectively performing verification tasks in line with the Management and Knowledge System.
- Oversee and guide work directly or through team leads.
- Engage proactively with supervisors and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Manage SQS functions including project SQS execution planning, non-conformance management, supplier audits and project reporting and inspection release processes
- Work closely with projects team to ensure project requirements are being met
Key Criteria
- A university degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
- Strong familiarity with the systems, processes, and tools in your field, enabling you to assist others and troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, alongside a keen awareness of team and departmental strategies and customer needs.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to staff and construction project teams.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and reports, as well as collaborate with stakeholders and management effectively.
