Key Responsibilities:
As a Structural Engineer working in a dynamic team your duties will include the following:
- Collaborate with Principals and Project Directors to drive major projects to successful completion. Engage in the design and analysis of reinforced concrete structures and multi-storey residential and commercial projects.
- Participate in project meetings and conduct site inspections to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Manage and meet client expectations, providing exceptional service and solutions.
- Contribute to the development of in-house design standards and best practices.
Key Criteria:
As a Structural Engineer you will have the following qualification, knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience in a similar structural engineering role within Australia.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
