Location: Townsville, QLD
Roster: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Benefit: $125K salary inclusive of super

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural)
• CPEng / RPEQ Qualification or near accreditation
• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering
• Knowledge of Australian Standards
• Expertise in steel and concrete design, dynamics, and fatigue
• Experience with software tools such as Strand7, Space Gass, RFEM
• Background in mining, minerals processing, energy, or heavy industrial sectors

Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure designs meet legislation, standards, and client requirements
• Communicate plans to internal and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of structural design tools
• Support construction project delivery with occasional site work
• Manage project planning, progress reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee small to medium projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Prepare tender submissions and project proposals as needed
• Maintain high-quality service delivery for clients
