In this role, you will collaborate within a team-oriented framework to support operations across various sites, maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance. Additionally, you will play a vital role in addressing technical training needs across multiple locations.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Experience in operating mobile plant and high-risk equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Western Australian C' Class Driver's Licence
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct competency-based training and assessments
- Provide induction training and onboarding sessions for new employees
- Maintain detailed training records
- Promote health and safety awareness through campaigns and initiatives
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of training materials
- Partner with site leadership to identify training need
