Role Opportunity
In this role, you will collaborate within a team-oriented framework to support operations across various sites, maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance. Additionally, you will play a vital role in addressing technical training needs across multiple locations.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
• Experience in operating mobile plant and high-risk equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Western Australian C' Class Driver's Licence

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct competency-based training and assessments
• Provide induction training and onboarding sessions for new employees
• Maintain detailed training records
• Promote health and safety awareness through campaigns and initiatives
• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of training materials
• Partner with site leadership to identify training need
