Role Opportunity
As a Training Coordinator you will manage the training system and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements, supporting the effective implementation of the Health and Safety Management System. You will provide expert training advice, drive compliance, and promote positive safety behaviours across the organisation.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Trainer and Assessor certification
- Construction induction training
- Relevant years' experience in the mining industry with exposure to construction projects
- Manage training systems
- Strong knowledge of WHS
- Duties & Responsibilities
- Statutory Training for Supervisors.
- Critical Risk Management.
- Health & Safety training.
- Project inductions.
- Collaborate with Contractors Management Team
- Develop an assurance program for training & competency.
- Analyse training & safety data
- Assist with contractor training alignment.
