Learn MoreAs Australia’s mining industry continues to evolve, so too do the ways projects are delivered. Over the past few years, we’ve seen a clear shift in how major miners and developers are structuring their capital projects - moving between EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) models depending on project scale, risk appetite and delivery strategy. But what does this shift really mean for the people behind these projects - the engineers, planners, contracts professionals and project controllers who bring them to life?EPCM Vs EPC: A Quick RefresherEPCM: The client retains overall responsibility for the project, with the EPCM contractor managing design, procurement and construction on their behalf. This model offers greater flexibility and control for the client and allows for direct engagement with key suppliers and contractors.EPC: The contractor takes on the full design and build responsibility under a lump-sum or fixed-price contract, delivering a complete project on a “turnkey” basis. This model can reduce client risk exposure, but limits flexibility once execution begins. What’s Changing in 2025Traditionally, EPCM has been the dominant model for large-scale mining developments in Australia. However, recent years have seen a blend of both approaches emerge across the sector. Several factors are driving this shift:Rising project complexity particularly in brownfield expansions and decarbonisation projects, which require more integrated planning and schedule flexibility.Cost pressures leading some clients to prefer EPC structures that lock in pricing earlier.Resource constraints where companies lean on EPCM delivery to retain control of key decisions amid talent shortages.Decentralised project portfolios especially in lithium, rare earths and energy transition projects, where owners want tighter oversight and scalability. The Hiring ImplicationsAs delivery models evolve, so too do the skills in demand:EPCM ProjectsGreater demand for client-side project controls, contracts and procurement professionals.Interface management and stakeholder coordination become critical skill sets.Systems experience (like P6, Prism, or SAP) and governance expertise are highly sought after. EPC ProjectsContractors are seeking construction-focused schedulers, estimators, and quantity surveyors who can manage risk under lump-sum conditions.Commercial acumen is vital; professionals who can navigate fixed-price contracts and delivery accountability. There’s also increased demand for hands-on project engineers who can drive execution under tighter program controls. What This Means for Jobseekers and EmployersFor engineers and technical professionals, understanding where the market is heading can help you position your experience effectively, whether you thrive in flexible, client-side EPCM environments or fast-paced EPC delivery roles. For employers, it’s about recognising that the right delivery model influences your talent strategy. The skills, systems and mindsets required to succeed under each are distinct, and the best outcomes come from aligning your hiring approach early in project planning. In closing, Australia’s mining sector continues to mature, and delivery models will keep evolving alongside it. Whether EPCM or EPC, one thing remains consistent: people are at the centre of successful project delivery. At Titan Recruitment, we partner with both owners and contractors across these delivery models, connecting the right professionals with the right projects, and ensuring teams are built for success from the outset. Read full articleIt’s that time of year when we take stock of the market, and today, we’re sharing insights on what’s happening with salaries in engineering. If you’re in power systems, electrical engineering or resource projects, here’s what’s rising (and what’s not) and how these engineers are shaping the new era of mining. Why some engineering salaries are still risingWith the mining industry going through one of its biggest transformations, here are the main drivers that are keeping compensation elevated:Skills scarcity + major project demand: The resources and energy sector in Australia is expected to add roughly 22,279 new workers by 2030, across nearly 100 mining and energy developments. When demand rises and supply is constrained, it places upward pressure on pay.Premium for specialist electrical/power systems talent: One analysis found that electrical engineers topped the list for advertised salary growth in Australia’s fastest-growing jobs in recent months. When you bring a niche skill - say, grid connection, mine site power systems, HV substation design - you’re in a stronger negotiating position.Rapid change in project types: As mines pivot to electrification, renewables integration, remote operations and digital control systems, they need engineers who can bridge traditional mining power and new-tech skill sets. The shift accelerates demand for those hybrid skills.Retention pressure: With so much competition for talent, employers are offering more generous packages (or bonuses) to keep good people, which then raises the benchmark for the next hire. One survey found engineering roles posted salary increases of 9.5%-13.2% in the previous year.Where Engineering Salaries Aren’t Rising (or rising much more slowly)On the flip side, a few engineering disciplines are not seeing the same salary escalation:More generic engineering roles: If your role is “electrical engineer – general site” without specialist power systems, HV or project delivery credentials, you’ll likely see less robust growth. Standard roles may see moderate increases but not the 10%+ jumps.Over-supplied / junior roles: In areas where many engineers are available (entry-level or very generalist) the market is more balanced, so salary growth is constrained. One guide shows that for mining engineers average annual salaries range from ~AUD $118k–$163k, with experienced roles moving above that; but it reflects wide variation.Regions or projects with lower resourcing budgets: Employers working in tighter margin operations or projects in early-stage or remote sites, may not offer the same premium pay as high-profile or high-risk roles.Roles lacking the modern “value-add”: If the engineering role is purely maintenance or repetitive operations, without clear project leadership, change management or electrification/renewables design components, the salary growth tends to be flatter. What it means for electrical / power systems engineersIf you’re an electrical / power systems engineer (or moving into that discipline), now is a good time to capitalise on the market conditions. It’s a good idea to keep abreast of the industry’s future and consider the following actions:Highlight specialist power systems - HV/LV, mine site electrical design, grid-connect experience or renewable integration in your CV. These are premium skills. If you’re open to relocation, FIFO or project-based contract work, you’re likely to command higher remuneration.Negotiate; not just base salary, but bonuses/allowances (fly-in fly-out, remote site premium, shift allowances) and benefits (housing, relocation).Be aware of roles where salary growth is slower. If your current role falls into a generic category, you may want to upskill or reposition your profile.Keep an eye on the market: regularly review salary benchmarks (we can also provide this) to understand your value. With deep expertise in engineering and technology jobs and careers, we stay closely connected to the people and projects shaping the sector across Australia. Read full articleFinding a healthy balance between a demanding career, family and your lifestyle needs is a challenge most of us face. However, engineering and technical professionals in the resources industry often experience it more intensely. Long work hours, travel to remote sites, shift variations and the constant urgency of operational and project schedules can quickly place strain on personal commitments. The good news is that balance is achievable with the right mindset and strategies.Set BoundariesA good starting point is setting boundaries that protect family time. Technology makes us available 24/7, but being constantly “on” leads to burnout and disconnection. Designate times - like dinner, bedtime or weekend mornings when work devices are silenced to connect with family and be present. Additionally, letting your team know when your unavailable helps build a culture that respects personal time, while also setting an example and demonstrating healthy behaviour for others.Leverage Workplace FlexibilityAnother important factor is making the most of workplace flexibility. Organisations across the mining and resources sector are increasingly conscious that flexibility improves employee retention and performance. Whether it’s hybrid work arrangements, adaptable scheduling or compressed work weeks, look for options that allow you to be around for important family milestones or activities. If frequent travel or site rotations are a part of your job, planning breaks or shorter rosters during key family periods can make a big difference.Plan for LifeFamilies, like projects, run smoother with clear communication and shared priorities. Proactively planning your week to keep life and work in check is essential to aligning work commitments, school schedules, and personal activities, helping reduce surprises and ensuring everyone feels supported at home. Also, see how you can delegate or outsource tasks that create unnecessary pressure, such as household chores or errands.Prioritise Self-careEqually, prioritising self-care shouldn’t be optional. Physical and mental wellbeing influence performance, safety and emotional resilience - all critical in the resources industry. Exercise, proper rest, mindfulness and hobbies greatly help recharge your energy and help you show up better both at work and at home. If your employer offers wellbeing programs or EAP services, be sure to use them if you ever need them.True to your purposeFinally, stay connected to your “why”. Remind yourself regularly of what matters most: career success, family relationships and personal fulfilment. When your purpose guides your decisions - like when to take on extra travel or when to draw the line - balance becomes more easily attainable.Ultimately, balancing work and family in the mining and resources industry isn’t about perfection. It’s about making intentional choices, communicating openly and recognising that a thriving home life supports a thriving career - and vice versa. If you’re looking for your next career move or curious about what’s happening in the mining and resources engineering jobs market, then get in touch with our team. Read full articlePerth has long been a central hub for mining and resources in Australia. And of course, structural engineers play a crucial role in the delivery of mineral processing plants, ensuring that these complex facilities are safe, efficient and built to last.In this blog, I explore mineral processing plant projects currently in delivery or development across Western Australia. With the recent US-Australia landmark $8.5 billion critical minerals agreement, I’ve given a emphasis on rare earths - now part of a geopolitically significant supply chain supporting the defence, electric vehicle and renewable energy sectors.Hastings Yangibana ProjectA rare earth mining and beneficiation plant, the mining operations feed approximately 1.1 million tonnes per annum into a processing plant that includes crushing, grinding, flotation and tailings handling, among other processes. Structural engineering design crushing and grinding circuit structures, flotation tanks, tailings containment and handling, heavy foundations and integration of structural supports for process equipment.Lynas Rare Earths Processing PlantAn investment of approximately $500 million to build a new processing plant in Kalgoorlie to process rare earths, and now a key beneficiary of the landmark agreement, this plant requires robust structural design for handling large volumes of material, chemical process buildings, containment structures and ensuring safety and compliance in handling rare earth minerals processing.Caravel Copper ProjectLocated just 150km outside of Perth, this project sees a processing plant under development for porphyry-style copper ore. It includes high pressure grinding rolls to increase efficiency and a molybdenum recovery circuit to capture by-products. Structural engineering is involved in the design of HPGR support, mills, crushers and recovery circuits, as well as heavy concrete and steel structures and foundations sized for dynamic loads.Critical Minerals Advanced Processing FacilityA proposed facility located in Western Australia - currently under feasibility study - to serve as a common-user advanced processing plant for critical minerals. Funding has been committed by the Western Australian and Federal Governments to explore downstream processing capacity and demonstration-scale facilities. The project requires structural design for pilot/demonstration-scale processing infrastructure, including modular units, chemical/hydrometallurgical plant structures, safety and containment systems, process pipework support and flexibility for variations in feedstock.Looking at the bigger picture, engineers are right at the heart of some major shifts in WA's minerals sector. With the global push for decarbonisation, there's growing demand for critical minerals like rare earths and lithium - used in everything from EVs to wind turbines. That's putting extra pressure on structural engineers to design facilities that meet increasingly stringent environmental, safety and regulatory standards. We're also seeing a rise in modular and demonstration-scale plants, like the proposed CMAP facility. These smaller, more flexible operations need engineers to think differently, designing for adaptability, scalability and rapid deployment. With government funding flowing into early-stage projects, engineers are becoming involved earlier in the process. That means placing more emphasis on feasibility, risk mitigation and long-term structural integrity, thereby setting these projects up for success from the outset. It's exciting times in the rare earths and critical minerals mining. If you'd like to know more about structural engineering opportunities, then get in touch or search current structural engineering jobs on our website.
Read full articleI recently attended my first BrisBIM – a fantastic event mind you - and wanted to share some of my key takeaways, both positive and negative, from the event.Building Information Modelling (BIM) can redefine how civil, infrastructure and mining projects are delivered across Australia. Its ability to centralise design, data and collaboration has made it an indispensable tool for engineers, contractors and asset owners aiming to improve efficiency, reduce risk and ensure long-term project sustainability. One of BIM's primary advantages is enhanced design coordination. By developing detailed 3D models, project teams can visualise every component, from earthworks and drainage to conveyors and processing facilities, before construction begins. This visualisation enables early detection of design clashes and alignment issues, significantly minimising costly rework and on-site delays. In mining and materials handling, where spatial constraints and interface points are critical, this precision is invaluable. My key takeaway is that BIM drives greater collaboration across all stakeholders - civil, structural, mechanical and electrical - from a shared, data-rich model. This collaboration fosters transparency, facilitates accurate information exchange and enables real-time updates across disciplines. When integrated with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), BIM models can be accurately geo-referenced to terrain and geological data, improving planning for haul roads, plant layouts and site drainage networks.Another key advantage lies in project control and predictability. Through 4D (time) and 5D (cost) modelling, project managers can simulate construction sequencing, track progress and forecast costs with precision. This results in better scheduling, resource allocation and budget control. There are however some associated challenges when transitioning into a BIM system across a project. These included:High initial set-up costs and a lack of skilled personnel.Inconsistent data standards & software interoperability issues.Resistance to process change, particularly across multidisciplinary teams and geographically dispersed project environments. When utilised correctly, BIM enhances every stage of civil, infrastructure, and mining projects from design to decommissioning. By embracing BIM, organisations can achieve greater accuracy, collaboration, and efficiency, delivering better outcomes and stronger returns on investment across Australia's resource and infrastructure sectors.Full disclosure - as a non-technical person, some of these concepts were hard to grasp; however, a system that, at its heart, drives collaboration between disciplines and the end goal is about enabling efficiencies, can only be considered a positive addition to the industry. I'd be keen to hear your thoughts - feel free to drop in a comment.
Read full articleThe mining industry is going through one of its biggest transformations in decades, and power systems engineers are right at the centre of it. Traditionally, mines relied on diesel generation or connection to the nearest HV network. But as costs rise, technology improves and ESG pressures increase, power supply is becoming more complex - and much more interesting! For electrical engineers, this shift is creating both challenges and opportunities. Here’s what you need to know to stay ahead of the career curve and emerging electrical engineering job trends.Renewables and Microgrids Are Moving from Trial to MainstreamTen years ago, “renewables on mine sites” was more of a pilot project than a serious energy solution. Fast-forward to today, and we’re seeing large-scale solar, wind and battery installations being integrated into operating mines. The challenge, though, is designing and operating hybrid systems that can balance renewables with traditional thermal generation while ensuring reliability and grid stability. Engineers with microgrid and battery integration experience will be in strong demand as more mines look to cut fuel costs and emissions.High Voltage Design and Expansion Remains CoreWhile the technology mix is evolving, the fundamentals of HV design are still critical. As mines expand deeper and further from infrastructure, the need for robust 11kV–132kV networks isn’t going anywhere.Electrical engineers with experience in substation design, protection coordination, earthing and grid compliance will continue to have a steady pipeline of power systems jobs. In fact, many projects now require HV specialists who can bridge both the traditional and renewable sides of the system.Digitalisation and Advanced Modelling Are Becoming StandardGone are the days when a load flow study in Excel was enough. Today’s power systems work demands advanced software and real-time insights.DIgSILENT, PSCAD, ETAP and other modelling tools are now standard across major projects, and electrical engineers are expected to not just run simulations but interpret them for operational impact. Add to that the rise of digital twins, predictive maintenance and remote monitoring, and that power systems are becoming more data-driven than ever.Decarbonisation Pressure Is Reshaping Project PrioritiesIt’s not just technology pushing this shift, it’s policy and ESG commitments too. Mining majors are under intense scrutiny from investors and governments to decarbonise operations. That’s driving projects focused on renewable feasibility, grid integration studies and energy efficiency audits.Electrical engineers who understand both the technical and compliance sides of this transition - for example, grid connection approvals and renewable integration standards - will be particularly valuable.Career Opportunities Are ExpandingThe good news is that all of this means career opportunity, with power systems engineers being in demand across several sectors, including:Consulting firms, where modelling, design and grid studies are critical.Owner-operators, who need in-house expertise for ongoing operations and project delivery.EPCs, delivering turnkey solutions from substation builds to renewable integration.Electrical engineers in mining jobs outlookSpecialists in protection, HV project delivery and commissioning are especially tough to source right now.The future of mining is more electrified, decentralised and digitised than ever before. For electrical engineers, that means now is the time to upskill in hybrid power systems, HV design and advanced modelling tools. Engineers who adapt quickly will be in the strongest position to take advantage of the next wave of mining projects. If you’re a power systems engineer considering your next move whether it’s stepping into renewables, broadening your HV expertise or leading major mining projects, get in touch with Tarryn Witter to talk through where the jobs opportunities are or search current jobs.
Read full articleMining doesn’t stop once a project is constructed; it’s just the beginning of the next stage of the lifecycle, and that in turn creates more mining jobs. One job discipline is contract management. To keep mine operations running safely and efficiently, owners invest in sustaining capital projects - that is ongoing work to maintain, optimise and extend the life of a mine. These projects include equipment replacements, infrastructure upgrades, plant improvements, tailings expansions and environmental compliance works. Successfully delivering these projects relies heavily on contracts management. What is Sustaining Capital? To understand whether working in sustaining capital is right for you, it’s essential to know what a sustaining capital project is in a mining environment. Sustaining capital is a recurring investment to maintain safe operations and production. Unlike major expansions, these projects are smaller, shorter and run alongside ongoing operations. Some examples of sustaining capital projects include:Replacing crushers, conveyors or pipelinesUpgrading processing plants to improve recoveryExpanding tailings storageUpdating camps, roads and power systemsPrecision and efficiency are critical since these projects must fit within operational budgets without disrupting production. The Role of Contracts ManagementContracts management jobs are vital as these professionals create the framework for delivering sustaining capital projects, defining responsibilities, costs, risks and performance standards between owners and contractors. These job functions consider:1. Fit-for-Purpose Contract ModelsChoosing the right contract model balances speed, cost and risk and can vary for different scopes:Minor works contracts - small, discrete scopesSchedule of rates contracts - variable quantities like earthworksLump sum contracts - fixed scopes with minimal riskPanel or master service agreements - for recurring works with pre-qualified contractors2. Speed and FlexibilitySustaining capital projects often arise from operational needs. Contracts management must allow for quick mobilisation and streamlined procurement.3. Risk AllocationContracts management clearly defines who is responsible for safety, schedule delays and site access. Mine owners provide explicit scopes, while contractors follow strict safety and compliance standards.4. Stakeholder IntegrationProject controls must coordinate closely with operations, considering production schedules, shutdowns and site access.5. Governance and ComplianceEven small projects require strong governance, covering procurement rules, environmental regulations, local content and community engagement. Good contract management ensures visibility across multiple projects. So, what does all this mean? While individual sustaining capital projects may be smaller than major expansions, their cumulative impact on mine performance and longevity is enormous and that’s where contracts management professionals are equally important for the sustaining capital phase. Read full articleLet’s face it - today’s job search isn’t easy. Whether you’re an experienced engineer or technical professional or just starting out in your engineering career, you’ve probably noticed how competitive the job market has become. The current environment has an extremely high number of applicants for a single role, so how can you make sure your application isn’t just seen, but stands out from the pack?As specialist engineering recruitment consultants who view hundreds of resumes each week, we’re sharing our top strategies to help you rise above the noise and get noticed by hiring managers - for the right reasons.1. Tailor Your Resume for Every ApplicationSending out the same resume to every job? Stop right there. Generic resumes get generic results. To get noticed, you must customise your resume to match the criteria outlined in the job advertisement. Mirror keywords and highlight relevant achievements that align with the role. The more specific you are, the more likely you'll get past both recruiters and the applicant tracking system.2. Build a Strong Personal Brand on LinkedInYour LinkedIn profile is often your first impression, so ensure you optimise its features. You can start with:Professional photo and headline that reflects your target roleA compelling “About” section with your story, not just a list of skillsRegular posts, comments or shares to show engagementRecommendations and endorsementsHere are some more tips for crafting your engineering LinkedIn profile for success.3. Focus on Outcomes, Not Just ResponsibilitiesHiring managers care about impact, not job functions. As an example: Instead of saying “managed social media accounts”, you could say “increased Instagram engagement by 40% over 6 months through targeted campaigns.” Use quantifiable results wherever possible. Numbers = credibility.Beyond interview preparation, the SMART technique can also be used to highlight achievements within your resume.4. Activate your NetworkThe hidden job market is real - many roles are filled before they’re ever posted. We work with many clients who need to move fast on filling a role and often start searching for candidates in our CRM. While you can start with connecting with a specialist recruitment consultant – even though you’re not looking for a job, you can also:Reaching out to former colleagues or classmates or recruiters Attending industry events or virtual webinarsEngaging with companies you’re interested in on LinkedInYou don’t have to ask for a job - ask for insights; conversations can often lead to opportunities.5. Read full articleThe good old debate between contract and permanent roles used to come down to lifestyle and pay. High rates and flexibility on one side; job security, benefits and long-term stability on the other. In the past, deciding between a contract or permanent role was career-driven. In 2025, that choice is less about preference and more about job availability. Across Western Australia’s engineering market, hiring is cautious, budgets are tight and both contract and perm opportunities are slower than usual. Here’s how it’s playing out on both sides:Why Contract Engineering Jobs Are Facing More CompetitionContracting has traditionally appealed to engineers chasing project variety and higher pay. But at the moment:Openings are limited. Fewer new project starts mean companies are relying more on internal teams. Contract roles are mostly coming through to cover critical short-term gaps.Rates have stalled. With more engineers available, some are undercutting to stay active. That’s pulled the average rate down across the board.Processes are slower. Even when roles do land, onboarding, approvals and site access are taking longer than usual. That said, contractors with niche skills or strong references are still getting picked up. But it’s less about picking and choosing and more about timing and flexibility.Permanent Engineering Jobs: Still Moving, But SelectivePermanent roles are still in demand, but they’re not flooding the market either:Hiring is cautious. Many businesses are filling internal roles before releasing them externally. External hires are primarily reserved for business-critical positions.Salaries are flat. There’s little upward movement in pay, even when expectations and workloads have grown.Good roles are snapped up fast. When a strong opportunity hits the market, it rarely stays open for long.Permanent work still offers long-term stability, but the pace and volume of roles are well below pre-boom levels. How to Stay Visible and Proactive in Today’s Engineering Job MarketIf you’re weighing up your next move, here are three key points to think about:Neither side of the market is booming. Contract and permanent roles are both competitive and moving slowly.Flexibility matters. Location, rate, availability and roster type all influence who gets picked up first.Be proactive. The best roles often get filled through networks before they’re advertised. Staying visible is crucial, so update your LinkedIn profile or connect with a recruiter. Final thoughts on the engineering jobs marketThis is a wait-and-watch market. However, the highs and lows of the engineering job market are nothing new - especially across key sectors like mining, resources, energy and infrastructure. These sectors are cyclical by nature, and while things may feel slow now, the tides will turn as they always do. The engineers finding work are the ones who stay proactive, adaptable and connected – do this and you will be best positioned to ride the next wave of opportunity. If you're navigating this market, consider partnering with a niche recruitment consultant- such as one of Titan’s discipline specialists- who knows your discipline and can help you identify the right openings before they go mainstream. Read full articleEvery day, my colleagues and I speak to various clients across the mining, resources, infrastructure and construction sectors. Key to understanding how to best support our clients in providing engineering recruitment services is understanding the vision for the business and their short-medium and long-term goals.Australia's engineering and design sectors are confronting a set of challenges that demand urgent attention from industry, government and education providers. As I have engaged with several consultants and contractors, with growth and opportunity at the forefront of their approach, I thought it valuable to analyse the challenges the industry is facing. As pressure mounts, I see five challenges that stand out as critical threats to long-term growth and capability.1. Engineering Skills Shortage Australia is facing a concerning rate of talent shortages across all engineering job disciplines. The demand for engineering professionals continues to outpace supply across all major sectors, driven by project pipelines in renewables, infrastructure upgrades, mine expansions and defence. Add to that, too few graduates are entering the profession, and many qualified engineers are leaving for adjacent sectors like consulting, IT or finance. Alarmingly, a considerable proportion of registered engineers are not actively working in the field. This talent shortage is stalling delivery capacity and inflating costs across projects.2. Discipline Lacks DiversityPut simply, the Australian engineering workforce lacks diversity, which in turn excludes skilled individuals and hinders innovation. It would come as no surprise, women make up a mere 14% of the engineering profession, while First Nations Australians account for only 0.3%. Increasing diversity is essential to foster inclusiveness that genuinely reflects the diverse demographics and cultures of Australia.3. The Sustainability FactorNo longer a secondary consideration, sustainability is becoming a fundamental design factor from the outset. Engineers are now expected to deliver projects that minimise environmental impact, enhance energy efficiency and withstand climate-related stressors. This transition requires new thinking, tools and capabilities. From decarbonising transport networks to optimising water infrastructure and embedding circular economy principles, the technical scope of "sustainable engineering" continues to expand rapidly.4. Reliance on International CandidatesAustralia remains heavily dependent on internationally sourced engineers, with 70% of new candidates coming from overseas. While skilled migration plays a vital role in bridging workforce gaps, this reliance creates vulnerability in times of geopolitical tension or global workforce mobility constraints. More must be done to build a sustainable domestic pipeline, including increased investment in STEM education, local graduate programs and retention initiatives.5. Technology’s Pole PositionEmerging technologies like AI, automation and smart infrastructure offer vast potential - if harnessed correctly. Many organisations are struggling to keep pace with the rate of technological change. Adoption remains disproportionate, and upskilling the current workforce is a substantial challenge. Without adequate digital transformation strategies, Australian engineering risks falling behind global competitors. In short, the future of Australia's engineering jobs depends on proactive workforce development, diversity initiatives, technology integration and a commitment to sustainability to drive job growth. These aren't isolated issues - they're interconnected. Solving them will require a coordinated approach, long-term investment and a willingness to rethink traditional models of engineering education and recruitment. With deep expertise in engineering and technology jobs and careers, we stay closely connected to the people and projects shaping the sector across Australia.
