Lead Mechanical Designer (West Perth)

About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Lead mechanical Designer with a strong background in Mineral processing design.
Duties:
·Produce Mechanical design deliverables and work towards successful project outcomes.
·Produce deliverables for various mechanical equipment
·Communicate with project stakeholders, engineers and client to ensure the success of project deliverables
·Ensure all design deliverables are met to ensure success project outcomes.
·Lead a team of designer as well as mentor junior Designers
Key Criteria:
·Highly proficient with AutoCAD and Plant 3D
·Extensive previous experience in Mining sector, previous EPC / EPCM experience highly favourable
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·A keen eye for detail and demonstrated problem solving skills.
·Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
