Mechanical Designer
·Site based role
·12 - month contract
·$ 80 - $ 90 / hour Inc of super
Role Opportunity
Seeking a Mechanical Designer with extensive experience in PID's for a site-based role for an owners. Initial 12 - month contract on offer with high chance of extension or possibility to transition into a permanent position.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
·Extensive experience in mechanical design and PIDs
·Must be proficient in AutoCAD and inventor.
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
·Sound knowledge of design and drafting techniques, engineering drawings, reading of drawings used by the discipline.
Duties & Responsibilities
·Reviews and checks, design models and drawings prepared by assigned designers for quality, accuracy, neatness, functionality and satisfactory completion.
·Develops designs for complete and complex Mechanical engineering systems with a focus on PID's
·Generates 2D drawings or 3D computer Aided design (CAD) design models of high complexity with minimal guidance from others
