Senior Mechanical /Layout Designers
Role Opportunity
Our Clients are seeking Senior Mechanical Designers with extensive Layout experience for multiple projects across both Greenfield and Brownfield scopes. We are currently inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who are able to demonstrate the following criteria :

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Extensive experience in Mechanical design preferably in mining
• Highly proficient in softwares such as AutoCAD 2D/3D and Microstation.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Sound knowledge of design and drafting techniques, engineering drawings, reading of drawings used by the discipline.
• Previous layout experience
Duties & Responsibilities
• Reviews and checks, design models and drawings prepared by assigned designers for quality, accuracy, neatness, functionality and satisfactory completion.
• Develops designs for complete and complex mechanical engineering systems.
• Generates 2D drawings or 3D computer Aided design (CAD) design models of high complexity with minimal guidance from others
• Communicate with project Stakeholders and Clients
• Mentor Junior designers as required
