Senior Piping Designer (Perth, CBD)

·$ 90 - $ 100 p/hr incl super
·Major Iron ore project
·12 - Month contract assignment

About the Role:

Seeking an experienced Senior piping Designer with a strong background in overland piping design within the mining sector.

Duties:

·Produce piping design deliverables and work towards successful project outcomes.
·Produce deliverables for overland piping, GA's, layouts and PID's
·Communicate with project stakeholders, engineers and client to ensure the success of project deliverables
·Ensure all design deliverables are met to ensure success project outcomes.

Key Criteria:

·Highly proficient with MicroStation and Open plant
·Extensive previous experience in Mining sector, previous EPC / EPCM experience highly favourable
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·A keen eye for detail and demonstrated problem solving skills.
·Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
