Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience with safety management systems
- Experience developing SOP's involved with safe systems of work
- Good understanding of mining processes and procedures
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with SAP
- Strong communication skills & willingness to work in a team
- C-class manual driver's licence
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create, revise, and finalise SOPs and internal construction procedures to ensure clarity, usability, and consistency.
- Work closely with engineers, construction managers, and safety teams to gather accurate technical information.
- Validate content for accuracy and integrate safety and regulatory requirements into all procedures.
- Create workflows, diagrams, and process maps to enhance understanding of procedures.
- Coordinate stakeholder feedback and incorporate revisions to maintain quality and alignment with standards.
- Maintain version control, archiving, and easy accessibility of all documentation.
